Customers are responsible for shipping and return costs for the following reasons: This policy encourages more conscious ordering choices and contributes to reducing climate impact. Additionally, it allows us to maintain a consistent flat shipping rate across the entire EU, despite potential variations in actual costs.

Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges at this time. However, customers are welcome to return their purchases (on their own cost) within 14 working days for a refund.

We do not offer 'pay afterwards' at this moment. Our current payment methods are designed to ensure efficient and secure transactions for both our customers and our business

To apply a discount code, simply enter the valid code during checkout under the order summary. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied retroactively by us; customers are responsible for applying the code themselves during the checkout process

If the track & trace link you received in your email isn't working or suggests that the order hasn't been shipped yet, despite receiving confirmation that it has been shipped, please note that the automated link may sometimes be inaccurately generated. In such cases, we recommend manually entering the tracking number provided into the website of your local national courier service (which should be visible through the initially generated track & trace).

Additionally, please be aware that the track & trace code is often generated by the local parcel service responsible for delivering your package and may only become active once the package has arrived in your country.

What if my product is damaged or broken when first received? If our customer receives a product that is damaged or broken, it is important to notify us immediately upon receipt via email, providing clear photos and a description of the damage, along with the order number. We will promptly address the issue to find a suitable solution, such as sending a replacement product.

The product you're looking for is currently 'temporarily unavailable.' We strive to determine when these products will be back in stock as much as possible. However, there are instances where the exact restocking date remains unknown. To avoid confusion regarding potential delays in new stock arrivals, we label this product as 'temporarily unavailable.' Rest assured, this product will become available again once new stock arrives. In the meantime, if the wait is longer than expected, we recommend exploring one of the many other options available on our website.

The delivery time varies between 2 and 8 working days due to several reasons. Firstly, products may be shipped from different locations, resulting in varying delivery times depending on the destination. Therefore, we provide a broader estimate of the delivery time to avoid making false promises to our customers.

Additionally, when multiple products are ordered, we aim to consolidate them into a single shipment whenever possible to reduce environmental impact. In such cases, the longest delivery time among the ordered products may apply. However, if the discrepancies in delivery times between products are significant, they may be shipped separately.

Furthermore, international shipments (even within the EU) generally require more time for delivery compared to domestic ones.

We always try to send all ordered products in one package, but unfortunately, this is not always the case. If your products have been sent in two different packages, you will receive two separate track & trace codes.

We deliver throughout the European Union, except for Spain at the moment. Efforts are underway to make ordering available in Spain as well.

The product is delivered to us in good condition, without assembly and transportation damage. Therefore, during your consideration period, please handle the product with care, avoiding any damage. Please package your return shipment carefully so that it can be transported without damage. We reserve the right to withhold compensation for any damage that occurs during handling by the consumer or during the return shipment.

Please ensure that you return your item within the specified period of 14 working days.

The product is in its original condition and packaging.



Our processing time for a refund, after your return is received by us, is usually within 5-10 working days.

If you haven't received your package within the estimated delivery time, we recommend first checking the tracking information provided. Additionally, manually searching for the package on the website of your local or national courier service, through which the product is being delivered, can also be helpful.

It could happen that a product is delayed due to reasons we cannot control unfortunately. Is your package still not traced after checking the track & trace? We are certainly willing to help tracking your package. Please contact us at info@thehomeoflivin.com. When sending an email regarding the track & trace, please always mention the order number in the subject line of the email, so we can handle your request quicker.

If your chosen product is not labeled as 'currently not available', the product is in stock.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or have a different delivery address selected. Our orders are swiftly processed and dispatched, often on the same day, making it simply not feasible to intervene once the process has begun. Additionally, our orders may be shipped from multiple locations, while customer service is centralized. This means that timely intervention to modify orders may not always be possible.

What are the exceptions to returns? If a product shows visible signs of use, has damage, or is broken (and this was not reported upon receipt), it is futile to return the product, as the return will not be accepted

What do i have to do to return my product? If for any reason a product doesn't meet your expectations, no worries. You can easily return it within the specified timeframe.
